WHEAT flour, Water, Yeast, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Palm and rapeseed oil in varying proportions) fermented RYE flour, WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine), emulsifier (mono-and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E472e)), anti-caking agent (calcium sulphate (E516)), flour treatment agent (ascorbic acid (E300)), rapeseed oil, enzymes.
