The fruit soaked in Brandy for 24 hours before the cake is made, using traditional methods.
These can be used to make your own Christmas cake or Celebration Cake ( see our Marzipan and Sugar Paste to compleate your own Cake)
Or just on its own as a delicious Fruit Spice Cake.
